Awesome experience! I went to Honda of Slidell Wednesday night in hopes to purchase a used car. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Curtis G helped me with looking at vehicles and also test driving them. He has the best personality and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. Nightmare They rushed all the paperwork. All the numbers were messed up. They gave us a folder with nothing important in it. No contract, no sales papers. They They rushed all the paperwork. All the numbers were messed up. They gave us a folder with nothing important in it. No contract, no sales papers. They gave us the carfax! Never will I recommend this place. David Landry was a great saleman but the finance department was aweful. Then when we asked to talk to sales manger we got another salesman acting as a manager. Derrick claimed to be a sales manager but we find out today Derrick is just another salesman. Cannot wait to finish up my complaint with the BBB. More
