Honda of Slidell is a dealership that I am thrilled to have begun an association with. The staff--and in my experience that began with General Manager, Joseph Hosni--a confident leader, with a warm intent have begun an association with. The staff--and in my experience that began with General Manager, Joseph Hosni--a confident leader, with a warm intent to be supportive and informative to a customer. When one walks into the building, there is no stressful energy, or arrogance, that could intimidate a customer, or visitor. And, there is a great body of cars that will inspire. My day there was managed by Ashton Smith, a strong, kind, and demure sales agent. She allowed nothing to derail what, by nature, is a dimensional and stressful process. I am so grateful to her knowledge and organizational skills. Then when I had to meet the Finance Manager, Jae Bee Butler, I was completely overwhelmed with his calm intellect, and humor, which wrapped up a day of business with an unexpected level of reinforcement. Another staff member that I met, and worthy of mention, was Sales Manager LT Gulley. Even in passing he was warm, strong and encouraging. My experience at Honda of Slidell was restorative. Wow... This is my 4th vehicle in a row from Honda of Slidell. The last purchase, which was just 9 months ago, didn’t really go the way I wanted due to some incorrect math I discovered after it was too late. Th The last purchase, which was just 9 months ago, didn’t really go the way I wanted due to some incorrect math I discovered after it was too late. They redeemed themselves this time thanks to my fantastic salesman, Chad Treme. I just went in for my first oil change on my CRV and figured I would drive the pilot and passport (which I owned previous to the Crv). I missed having a larger higher suv. Owning the CRV for only 9 months made the math on trading in seem unworkable. I needed more time to catch up with the depreciation. I owed $4500 above the trade in value. Chad made it work and they gave me what I owed on the crv as a trade. Then they reworked the deal so I’m only paying about $25 more a month to drive the pilot, with a very small down payment. I was surprised that they made the math work! I thought I surely had to drive the CRV for another year or more to get some equity. It was a fantastic drive home! Thanks Chad! More
I was lied to for no reason, about a discount I never received. I have used a coupon a few times or was offered money off of a service, but it always reflected on the slip. However, today I was told I received a $400 discount but I paid the price I was quoted when the technician first told me that I needed my oil pump replaced. Also, this so called discount didn't reflect on my sales ticket. I do recall being told on many occasions, and it's printed on the coupon, that the max discount is $100, so how exactly did i receive a $400 discount. More
