Well I bought 2022 Certified Honda Accord. They did not have any floor mats or a spare tire in my new vehicle. I mentioned it to my salesman , he stated he would try and get me these items. We dealt with 3 people. The 1st lady was so rude and unprofessional that we wanted to leave but being a tire issue we were stuck. The service manager was a little help and The 1st lady was so rude and unprofessional that we wanted to leave but being a tire issue we were stuck. The service manager was a little help and the nice lady who did the most of the paperwork was kind and professional. We needed a tire replaced and we were from Texas and that seem to be a huge problem with the 1st lady even though when I spoke to her in the very beginning I explained that if she needed any information to get my warranty to cover this that all she had to do is call the dealership in Arlington, TX. And speak to them because I already spoke to my dealership and they were expecting a call and I also told the this rude I had the phone number she needed. Well after almost 2 hour of nothing getting done and everyone not having a clue how to get this handle or not wanting to be interrupted with there rudeness I finally bugged her enough and made her call my dealership to get what she needed to get my tire replaced. If she would've just call my dealership instead of complaining that she hadn't had a weekend off in six weeks and she didn't want to be there maybe I could have been out of your dealership 1 1/2 hours earlier. More
Service advisor did not write down everything I said I wanted done. So, in spite of them saying I needed wheel alignment and they patched a tire, they did not rotate and balance like I asked. They shoul wanted done. So, in spite of them saying I needed wheel alignment and they patched a tire, they did not rotate and balance like I asked. They should check history in computer to see if rotate and balance is due instead of ONLY looking for other things to get me to authorize. This should be SOP. More
