Disappointed recall parts were not in stock. Understandable that there is a national recall, but 2 different recalls with no parts means another 2 trips to the dealer as apparently the steering Understandable that there is a national recall, but 2 different recalls with no parts means another 2 trips to the dealer as apparently the steering issue has a national shortage. Jessica and the service team worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and repair a difficult problem: the Auto Engine Shut-Off in my 2022 Pilot had stopped working. It took 3 visits and at least 10 labor ho troubleshoot and repair a difficult problem: the Auto Engine Shut-Off in my 2022 Pilot had stopped working. Staff I dealt with were all efficient and friendly. Darin, conscious of my wait time for car maintenance was very considerate in providing an oil change and tire rotation at no cost to me. I was impressed with Darin as was my brother-in-law who introduced me to him several months ago. I'm sure Darin is a key asset for this Honda dealership which had gone from a very efficient run dealership to a very poor one and has now earned a 5 Star rating status. The detailed report provided on maintenance completed, time frame and cost of recommended maintenance in the future much appreciated. The drive-in garage for maintenance, waiting area,band rest room are nice and clean. Waiting room offering beverages and a variety of goodies to eat, a TV, and comfortable chairs for customers to use top notch. The ease is getting the car near entrance to street for departure also much appreciated. Thank you for making my wait time experience for car maintenance a pleasant experience. More
