I contacted Michael after buying a new Honda CRV hybrid up north. After the sale in Philadelphia, a "tech guy" sat in the car with me and supposedly went over everything. However a week later, when I was in Sarasota, I didn't know how to adjust settings, and the ones that were supposed to work were not functioning. It was very frustrating! When I contacted Honda of Sarasota, I was connected to Michael Malmsbury. He texted me his cell, and assured me he would teach me how to navigate my new car controls and settings. Although I stopped in on a busy Saturday, Michael sat in the car with me and spent the time to go over all the settings - that the so-called tech guy never taught me. How to reset the odometer; how to set up the automatic lock for each driver; which safety settings should be on or off... I especially appreciated his time because I hadn't bought the car there, and as a salesperson, he was not making any money by going over all these details with me. But he now has another future customer indebted to him for his time and expertise and patience. More
