I had to argue with Jake regarding a service bulletin from Honda about a manufacturing problem you agree is real. In fact thieir is a class action suit against Honda . After buying numerous Hondas as a family , Honda has lost its solid reputation with the Janecko family with 9 cars purchased. Also, I had to call Jake after 3 weeks, because either he didn’t inform Nancy , your Honda rep , or Nancy gave me the finger. You have lost all the goodwill built over the years because of Nancy, Jake and Honda of Sarasota. Sorry to see Honda go the route of Chrysler( Stellantis?) as a third rate auto company.
