Our service provider, Darin, was courteous and efficient, but they did not do the wiper blade replacement requested initially and then declined to do it because they said the existing blades were aftermarke but they did not do the wiper blade replacement requested initially and then declined to do it because they said the existing blades were aftermarket. There was no explanation of why that prevented them from doing the replacement— never mind that the prior wiper blade replacement had been done by them. Second, another service person contacted me about a tiny, virtually unnoticeable chip on the windshield and suggested I get a windshield replacement. That led to conversations with my insurance provider, at which point I had received a picture of the chip. After explaining that, I was referred for a windshield repair instead of a replacement. It happens that the windshield repair place were happy to replace the wiper blades too, but this involved unnecessary time and effort initiated by someone who clearly wanted to order us a new windshield. Our 20 years of purchasing cars and servicing them at this dealership when it was Wilde Honda were flawless and hassle free. This experience under new ownership was not. More
