Did not get good service I guess because I wasn't buying a new car .Called about used car I saw on web site ,yes it's here made appt with name for next day .very disorganized couldn't find me or the car I w a new car .Called about used car I saw on web site ,yes it's here made appt with name for next day .very disorganized couldn't find me or the car I was looking for in computer.After driving all the way over from StPetersburg in the driving rain I was doing to be patient and wait and wait we did for one and a half hours . out of nowhere they find my name and then the 9,865.00 car I was looking for ya! we drove it liked it salesman gets manager the price now is 16,700.50 my jaw dropped! I lost my car to the flood I only have so much money. Anyways the paper work was filled with fees 1 of the fees was for accessories for 3,000 dollars the only answer the manager said was blame Morgan Auto Group for that.After a wasted day of disappointment we couldn't come to a price I could afford Manger was rude ! So much for them saying their confident you'll find the vehicle you're looking for at a price you can afford!Iguess you only get treated right if your buying new car ! Thanks lot for nothing Honda of Sarasota.Don't believe all those stars! More

Donavin Mansfield is the worst. Epitome of slime salesmen. This dealer damaged the vehicle i purchased. Has lied every step of the way. Had to come in a second time because the tires weee not rotated when I first came. The accessory plug fuse was replaced with my spare under the hood fuses. I don’t know why ? Again was approached by Honda Salesman to get an appraisal and I did not ask for it. Over being annoyed! This happened the first oil change.there seems to be a lack of communication between what the mechanic is doing and what the service write up fellow is telling his custimers More
