I told my sales person that I had my own license plate that I would transfer over, that was not communicated to the finance person. When I asked the finance person about this, his reply was nobody told me that I would transfer over, that was not communicated to the finance person. In texting to the sales person during the sales process I asked him if his sales manager would put something in writing regarding a repair being done and he said yes. Then the story changed. I asked the sales person to have the advertisement sticker removed from the back of the vehicle to which he said yes. When I came to pick the car up, it was still there. I have pictures. When I sent the picture to the sales Person, he replied back that he had removed it himself and was upset because of my rating, then he deleted the text. So I resent him the picture again showing the sticker still being on the back of the car. The general manager, nice guy sent an email to the finance guy asking him to email me my paperwork, I was copied on that email, a few days went by. There was no reply so I circled back around to the GM and then I did receive the paperwork from the finance person. More
