Additionally, my purchase needed to be serviced and the salesman doesn’t give me any updates and continuously never knows anything about the status of my vehicle after I reach out to him for an update. I would not have purchased the vehicle at this location if I knew the followup was going to be this poor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to purchase a car from this dealership with how I’ve been treated. Just do what you said you were going to do and update me along the way. That’s not too much to ask because I work in sales so I understand the sales process. Hopefully everything will be completed as promised, but I’m not confident at all that it will be. More
