We find the Honda's very reliable but for regular maintenance and those instances where we do need service, we feel very confident in the judgment of our Service Advisor, Ed Chrebet, and in the work done by the Service Techs. It's one of the key reasons that we keep coming back for our new cars! More
NOT Reputable to deal with.... buyer BEWARE!! I negotiated a deal on a 2017 CRV with Nick and we agreed on ALL terms including price, miles yrs or lease etc. When I came in to sign the paperwork I negotiated a deal on a 2017 CRV with Nick and we agreed on ALL terms including price, miles yrs or lease etc. When I came in to sign the paperwork and pick-up my car... you guessed it! Mr. Redmond O'Rourke and Nick would NOT honor the deal! BEWARE.... Don't waste your time here - go to Hamilton Honda as quick as you can. If I could give the dealership a 'minus' score I would. Apologies just cut it today! My time is valuable and so is yours. And to pour more salt on the wound, they continue to send 'auto' email messages asking how they did, and if I was pleased! More
New Civic Lease I've been dealing with Honda of Princeton since around 2000 or perhaps earlier since I've been driving Honda cars since 1998. From the moment I walke I've been dealing with Honda of Princeton since around 2000 or perhaps earlier since I've been driving Honda cars since 1998. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who immediately asked me how she could be of help and introduced me to Rich Santos. My previous salesperson retired. Mr. Santos was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and accommodating! He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I was selecting. We test drove it and even the next day when I went to make my decision, he went out of his way again to help me compare cars! I highly recommend him and have no hesitation recommending him to family, friends and business associates! Every time I have gone to this dealership for either service or lease a new vehicle, the staff in both the service department and sales, has been friendly, helpful and very accommodating! I drove away with great confidence, even though many of the features were new to me. Christopher Wells did an amazing job of guiding us through the paperwork, pointing out all the options, extras, and the effects of the choices we made. The manager, Redmond (sp?), gave us a nice gift and send off. All in all, a high quality and careful group! More

Full of tricks, yet very few results I am a first-time car buyer (lease) and came in with my parents who have been around the block a few times when it comes to buying cars, especially Ho I am a first-time car buyer (lease) and came in with my parents who have been around the block a few times when it comes to buying cars, especially Hondas. It was a pretty set deal that I was going to get a Honda soon (whether now or later in the month for my new job) and we came to Honda of Princeton, setting up a test drive and talk about pricing. We came in and right off the bat was asked about a price that we were looking at, we gave the number, lowballing it since we knew that the price of a down payment was going to increase with the addition of fees and consideration to monthly payments. Immediately the employee we worked with had a change of demeanor. Tapping his pen and underlining the number we gave as he shook his head. He then went on to tell us about a car he sold yesterday with a down payment that was doubled what we said, with significantly less yearly mileage, that seemed to barely get to the monthly payment that we were looking for. Knowing that this was absolutely ridiculous (whoever bought that car, you got ripped off my friend!) we said that we would come back later, a car wasn't necessary to us right at this moment. He insisted on keeping us there, constantly leaving to "talk" to his manager, Joe, about what they can do for us. This man walked around every solution EXCEPT for running the numbers and giving us a quote. He even offered to pay for my parking pass without telling me how much the car cost! I'm not lying when even now, a few days later, I have yet to get a solid pricing quote from this employee OR manager Joe. They didn't even bother to try and crunch numbers with us! We were more than willing to pay more down than what we had stated but they refused to budge, insisting that we either had to buy today. (Why? An Easter sale he says, with what balloons, signs, advertisements? I can't even tell you this Easter promotion because he didn't describe what that entailed.) Or we would be stuck with rapidly increasing prices from now on. So we left and found another Honda dealer in the area and got a straight forward quote on the phone with the salesman. He ensured us that this was no trick and the price he told us was 100% real. We drove as fast as possible from Honda of Princeton to this other dealership and within 30 minutes we were signing contracts for the same exact car model (with our suggested down payment plus all fees, minus a graduating student discount, our required mileage, AND low monthly payments). Honda of Princeton tries to ride on its name and location to sell the cars themselves. I don't care about how many people were there "because we sell these cars like hotcakes". You guys failed to make a personal connection with me and my parents failed to treat us like buying customers and failed to just give us a basic quote (all we asked for). Becuase we weren't jumping up and down to sign our lives (and my paycheck) away to you guys, you felt that we weren't worth the effort. That left a bitter taste in our mouth and it felt like you guys didn't appreciate our business. Just know that we had signed a contract an hour after we had left your dealership because of your poor service. I might just be one person, but I'm sure I'm not the only one scorned by the poor service. You need to treat every customer equally and see where you can work with them if they say that they are willing to pay down $1 or $10,000. If the credit is right, who are you guys to judge and deny me the basic right of knowing what I'm signing? The dealership was beautiful and I'm sure there is no malicious intent but the way we experienced Honda of Princeton was very unpleasant. If I have a family friend that is looking to buy a car, know that Honda of Princeton will be at the bottom of my list. I would rather have them drive farther away for good service than to drive a short distance to only be seen as a walking paycheck. More
