Great Service-Ed Chrebet I have been coming to Honda of Princeton for over 20 years. Amazing Service by Everett! I've been to Princeton Honda many times, had different agents helped me and I loved the service, they usually accommodate to my schedule needs and is I've been to Princeton Honda many times, had different agents helped me and I loved the service, they usually accommodate to my schedule needs and is usually clean and organized, last few times I was helped by Mr. Everett Andrews, who in my opinion is the most valuable asset to the company due to his professionalism, work ethics and honesty at the time of service. Great service - Dave Swan Dave Swan was my service coordinator. He was courteous, patient, thoughtful and personable. First, I was running a little late for my appointment, w Dave Swan was my service coordinator. He was courteous, patient, thoughtful and personable. First, I was running a little late for my appointment, which he said was fine. I moved and now had to drive an hour to get to Princeton Honda. Michael greeted me pleasantly when I arrived and took the vehicle. He then escorted me to Dave. Reps like Dave and Michael are the reason I keep coming back. My rear view camera was defective. Turns out, they had to order a whole new camera. So, unfortunately, I had to return. Dave apologized for the inconvenience and said he'd call when my part came in (roughly 3 days). While I was there, he asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment ahead of time as the schedule fills up quickly on the weekends. So, I scheduled an appointment for the following weekend. He still called on Tuesday to let me know that the part had arrived. He also let me know that my warranty was set to soon expire. I appreciate the notice. When I returned, they gave me a ticket for a free car wash which I happily took advantage of. The waiting area is also cozy with seating, tvs, snacks and drinks. I brought my laptop to get some work done. Overall, love the service. Thanks, Dave! More

Excellent and timely service. Everett is usually my service coordinator. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Bad Advertising..(False)-Bad Customer Service.. Once a Happy customer, which is why I came back to Princeton Honda. -I purchased a Vehicle(Financed) back in 2015, which I still drive daily.-Great C Once a Happy customer, which is why I came back to Princeton Honda. -I purchased a Vehicle(Financed) back in 2015, which I still drive daily.-Great Customer Service. Guys did everything possible to help me purchase the Certified Accord.. Great, 1-1/2 years later, my sister wishes to purchase a vehicle, Looking around I told her lets go to where i purchased mine(she wanted to pay cash for her, money in hand). Princeton Honda has great service. They are very good.. I went to the site, saw the car she wanted right away, chatted with 3 different online sales agents, all guaranteed me the vehicle was available(within hours apart on the same day).. I got a phone call from one of their salesman, vehicle is available, and if i wished to schedule a test drive(2-hours before the appointment). yes of course, same day.. Once arrived at the dealership, vehicle supposedly was sold. Salesman says he sold it in the morning, Manager says it was sold in the afternoon..(bad communication of lying to the customer).. But wait, I spoke to Jackie just before coming in, she said the vehicle was available. Salesman-Mike:" Jackies job is to bring customers in, she gets commission on it"..Really?.. End of story.. Do not recommend this sales team.. More

Great experience. Honda of Princeton provided a great experience for the purchase of my Pilot Touring Elite. They found the exact car that I was interested in and had Honda of Princeton provided a great experience for the purchase of my Pilot Touring Elite. They found the exact car that I was interested in and had it at the show room within one week. After the car purchase Rich Santos spent a lot of time reviewing all of the components of the car and how everything worked and functioned. No question was too silly for him to answer, and I appreciated that, as it made the transition to a new car much easier. He also ensured that the car was registered with my insurance company, which I appreciate. Christopher Wells walked me through the financial process and made the experience seamless and easy. Rich rounded out the experience by following up with the me to ensure that everything was going well and did I have any other questions. All in all a great experience. More
