I visited 2 Honda dealerships and 2 Toyota dealerships in the area while car shopping. Honda of New Rochelle is the only place I had a good experience and where I ultimately made my purchase. They really val the area while car shopping. Honda of New Rochelle is the only place I had a good experience and where I ultimately made my purchase. They really value their customers and have decent inventory and fair prices compared to other dealerships in the area. My only complaint is sometimes things moved pretty slow because they were so busy and they could improve their organization around where keys for different used cars are (something that often led to a lot of waiting). The appointment system when calling in seems a bit disorganized too. But compared to the alternatives I was very happy with my experience overall. I worked with Godfrey to compare some new and used cars and ultimately bought a CPO Pilot. Godfrey was fantastic to work with. He really went out of his way to try to understand and address my needs as a customer. He was also personable and took some of the stress out of the car buying process by getting to know me and never making me feel pressured. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to others. More
