Absolutely the worst experience I've had with any dealership. From the beginning, I started having issues, I purchased a pre owned Honda Insight and it had many issues. When I tried to get it fixed, the General Sales Manager, Joe Cardiusone seemed annoyed every time I came back to fix my car which should have been already fixed. Now I am having to chase them around as no manager wants to take responsibility. I go to try to cancel my warranty and just get the run around, that I have to come back another day because cancellations are only on the weekdays, I show up during the week, also missing a day of work as I live far away, only to get told that I have to come back another day as cancellations are only during certain hours. Only to come back another day, yet losing another day of work, to get told that there is only one person that can cancel warranties, Another guy called Joe. One person tells me he is not in today, another tells me he doesn't work there anymore so I can't cancel it anymore. The General Manager Joe Cardiusone who can't seem to pick up his phone or answer back when he was supposed to get back to me with confirmation of my warranty. When I try to call the dealership, I keep getting transferred, and no one picks up the phone. it has been months trying to cancel my warranty and still nothing. If you want to buy a car from here, just make sure its in perfect condition and you never need to contact them again because if you do, you will see that they may not care at all after that. More

First and foremost I thank Alan Cervantes for his professionalism, practivity, and his continuing help even after sale. I live in CT and made 2 trips to dealership with an HRV as my choice. I did explain to Alan how my garage is small...he managed to have and HRV and Fit waiting for me in parking lot. I realized the Fit was my fit and and would enter my garage with all the neccessary safety features I was looking for, even though I was trading in an old Fit and was looking for another model. One may say Alan did his sales job , which is true...but it's the approach and way one goes about it. Not agressive or assertive, but shines with knowledge and proactivity..I am happily retired, but if I weren',t I would hire Alan Cervantes without hesitation Kudos to Alan. Thank you again! More
