John was very helpful and resolved our concerns for a used Honda Odyssey that previously had a minor accident. A certified Honda makes a big difference. The internet salesperson stated an additional $500 off the purchase price if we bought on the last day of the month. The dealer finally waived the $1500 fee but would not honor the $500, saying there is a difference between the internet advertised price and the final purchase price. In addition, we were at the dealership for around 5.5 hours to buy our car. More
