I would like to start off by saying one of the girls that answer the phone was very unprofessional. But after making a complaint to Joe Carusone the Sales Manager he reinsured me that he would rectify the s answer the phone was very unprofessional. He apologized over and over for her behavior and by the end of the day I was told that she was dealt with accordingly. That showed me that they values their customers business and customers always comes first. Joe is awesome!! My Sales Consultant Hassan Khan was also great. He took his time with me and my husband and worked with in our budget. I never felt pressured into buying a car. He was very professional and did a great job with helping me pick out a prefect car for me in my price range. They have a great team working there. I was referred there by one of my co workers and I will definitely be doing more business with Hassan in the near future. I will be sending some referrals their way!!! More
