Simply a great experience I needed a lease, didn't have the best credit and wanted something within my budget. Then i came to Honda of New Rochelle and sat down to have a conversation, a normal conversation with David Lartey about what I wanted. He was prob the best car sales person I've worked with. He listened to what i wanted, gave me factual information about what I could expect, in terms of price etc. Followed up with me in a normal manner and got me exactly the car I wanted. When I showed up unannounced to pick up the car he knew exactly who I was and what i was there for. I was taken aback by Honda of New Rochelle and David Lartey's professionalism and courtesy. If you are looking to buy or lease a car you need to schedule an appointment with Mr. Lartey at Honda of New Rochelle, No need to do what I did and get pressured by other dealerships into making commitments you really don't want. I worked with Mo Hoosein the finance manager and he was able to get me a good lease even without the greatest of credit. all I can say is thank you to Honda Of New Ro, David Lartey, Mo Hoosein and Leticia Perez on making my vacation road trip possible. David never called me or harassed me, his spirit knew that when I was ready, I would come back and speak to him to renew my lease. When I arrived at Honda David not only remembered me but he knew I needed a car that would accommodate myself as well as my now two year old son. This man was very patient, knowledgeable, nonjudgemental and outgoing. David took his time to explain every feature my new car had to offer so I could get the best experience out of it. Although this is his job, he made it seem as if it was what he wanted to do opposed to something he had to do. He was equally excited every time he pushed a new button as I was. I felt like I was genuinely sitting with an old friend or an older sibling who needed me to have a car that was affordable,safe, and stylish opposed to sitting in a dealership with a sales rep. who would sell me something I couldn't afford or liked.
