Mike pushed to get me the best price beating all odds and followed up with me in a professional manner and never felt rushed or pushed during our negotiations. Followed up by Anthony Tetteh the Salesperson who I dealt with, he was knowledgeable and willing to go to his management and get the price I was looking for and continued to be flexible when I presented him with other quotes from other dealerships. He was able to negotiate with the User car Manager to ger me a fair price on my trade in if the deal had happened. Anthony also followed up with me, handed me my quote on paper with a full breakdown and an "OUT THE DOOR" Price with "NO" hidden fees. A well runned organization. I reside in New jersey and was willing to cross the state line to possible purchase this vehicle. My wife and I had visited several Honda dealerships in the tri-state area the past few weeks looking for a CRV with the specific color and interior we My wife and I had visited several Honda dealerships in the tri-state area the past few weeks looking for a CRV with the specific color and interior we wanted. We finally found it at Honda of New Rochelle, we walked in to the dealership and was promptly and warmly greeted by Tinu Thomas. Tinu asked us what exactly we were looking for we told him what it was we were looking for in our car. He told us to give him a few minutes while he went to check if they had any in stock. To our surprise they had exactly the car we wanted, but not just that it was also quoted to us at the cheapest price we had heard during our whole search. It was almost to hard to believe. Tinu took us out to the Honda storage which is located only a few streets away. He showed us the car and all of its features. It was exactly what we were looking for. We drove back and began the buying process, Tinu was very clear and upfront of what the total cost of the car would be, no hidden cost or background add ons here, he made our purchase of our first new vehicle an awesome experience. Even when we came back to the dealer two days later to point out some minor chips on the clear coat of the car, he was kind to speak with the prep department and schedule us to get it all taken care of. excellent service I would like to thank Shicago Diosdado and David Lartey for their excellent service in helping me buy my new Honda Accord. Both of them were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the models I was considering. Shicago showed me two different models and explained in great detail all the differences and commonalities between the two cars and which model would suit better my needs. He even helped me choose a color for my car. When I returned with my family to purchase the car, Shicago was on vacation, so David Lartey helped us instead. He took us on a test drive and answered all our questions in great detail making sure we understood all the functions of the car. He then took care of all the paperwork, insurance, new plates and registration. When I came back to pick up the new car, he took the time to walk me through setting up my phone in Bluetooth, setting up a car clock and making sure I didn’t have any questions regarding the car functionality. Both Shicago and David made the process of buying my new car very easy and pleasant.
