Great used car experience I can't speak highly enough of Honda of New Rochelle, and of used car salesman Keith Johnson and finance manager Sal Igbal. I was visiting from out of town and went with my mother to help her find a preowned car. On arrival, we met Keith in the lot and he was very open, friendly, and receptive from the get-go. After spending some time with us to understand my mother's needs, we found an ideal used car on his computer, and then he drove it out to the lot for us to have a look at. He pointed out all the key features and patiently listened to my mother and her questions and concerns. He was very believable and personable, and was clearly interested in forming a positive relationship, not just making a sale. After a short test drive, we went back to his desk to look at the details. We looked at all of the Carfax and Kelly Blue Book reports and there were no surprises there, except that perhaps, the car was already priced very aggressively, much less then either site had estimated. It turned out that the price for the car published on the dealers website is a non-negotiable selling price, so that also took some of the stress of haggling out of the process. Once we had agreed on all the specifics, we met Sal, the finance manager. Based on other car purchase experiences, I was prepared for the hard sell in his office on lots of frivolous add-ons, but there was none of that. We did decide to go for the extended eight-year warranty, which I think was very good value indeed. Also, Keith stayed with us throughout our experience with Sal, and right up until delivery of the car, about three and a half hours after we had arrived. Both Keith and Sal were exceptionally patient and explained everything very clearly to my mom, who is not an experienced car buyer. So, my mother is delighted with her new car and the deal she got. And I am confident that the dealer has done well by us and pleased that my mother now has a local dealership that she can trust and work with in the future. More

I tried other Honda service centers with bad results which caused me frustration, headaches and suspicion. I have not felt those feelings since your team has taken car of my 2 Hondas. The main shop and the express shop has been nothing short of excellent from the person who takes my car and brings it back to me when done and everyone between.
