The reason I decided for Honda of New Rochelle was because of the caring, genuine professionalism of David Lartey. I visited the dealership many times as I was undecided about which model vehicle I wanted, and I was new to leasing. David always dedicated time to me; and never made me feel pressured. David is intelligent and very knowledgeable about Honda vehicles, and leasing terms and conditions. He thoroughly answered all my questions and carefully explained all the provisions in the documents I had to sign. And, David also took the time to explain to me how to use all the features of the vehicle. I am not an easy customer to please, and I can honestly say that David exceeded my expectations. We received most of the pricing and vehicle details through e-mail/phone before going to any dealers. I was concerned when I first learned that the Internet Sales Consultant would not meet with us at the dealership and was then pleasantly surprised when David Lartey was able to pull up the correspondence we had with them to continue the conversation. He took his time to explain everything to us throughout the purchase and test drive, and frequently indulged our 2-year old as well. Based on this experience, we would definitely go back to David at Honda of New Rochelle for our next purchase. More

Excellent customer service After a couple of tiring and unsuccessful weeks speaking with and visiting a number of dealers throughout New York City, Westchester, New Jersey and C After a couple of tiring and unsuccessful weeks speaking with and visiting a number of dealers throughout New York City, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut, I finally made my way over to Honda of New Rochelle. I had the pleasure of working with Ben Thomas, who was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair. In a short time, we had my new CR-V picked out and started working on the application. Ben and the finance manager, Alexis, were both terrific. They turned a potentially stressful situation into an enjoyable one. I felt that I could trust them, the process was streamlined and simple, and I went home confident that I received a fair deal. I will definitely be returning to Ben and Alexis when we are ready for our next car, and I highly suggest that anyone in the market for a Honda do the same. This was by far the best car shopping experience I've had. More
