My wife and I were greeted by Ray Valerio in a friendly manner when we entered the dealership. We told him we were considering another car that we liked. He asked us if we had some requirements, which we d manner when we entered the dealership. We told him we were considering another car that we liked. He asked us if we had some requirements, which we did, and he went on to show us different models that he thought met our needs. At no time did he strong-arm us to make a decision on the spot. We left with all the information we needed. We came back the next with our tentative decision but my wife still wanted to check a few items. Ray took the time to address her items and at one point suggested that a particular model may best fit our needs. We realized he was right and that is the one we ended up purchasing. More
