What I loved about Mr. Feliciano was,the fact, that he wasn't overbearing and pushy like some sales persons can be. I told him what I was shopping for and by the time I got there, he had information for me about your CRV's and what I was searching for. Everyone was cordial, friendly and professional, from the moment you walk into the building. Ron, was another wonderful and gentle man, as well, Bob (do not kow their last names).
