I Felt As Though I Made a Friend or 2 I went into the dealership on a Saturday already knowing what features I wanted and I was not going to settle for anything less. At first Jay Vining t I went into the dealership on a Saturday already knowing what features I wanted and I was not going to settle for anything less. At first Jay Vining thought I was insane because of my requests but then he managed to find a car with everything I wanted and more. Jay was both friendly and professional. He showed hospitality and made me feel welcomed. I test drove the car that Saturday and picked it up Tuesday. Unlike many sales men Jay was not pushy and that is part of the reason why I decided to finance my car at Courtney Honda. Once I decided I was going to get the car I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Milton Jones. Milton was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He treated me like I was one of his own daughters. He had even arranged for one of the sales men to pick me up on Tuesday so that I could head straight to work from the dealership. Since this experience was new to me, this being my first car and all, Milton made sure I understood and felt comfortable with the paperwork, terms and conditions. Milton's consideration for my needs and wants reassured me that I was making the best decision. And to close out my experience the mechanics put a few finishing touches on my car to ensure my safety by providing quality service. Every time I called either gentleman they answered and if they missed my call they made sure to call me back. Even Joe the mechanic was available when I needed him. No one ever gave me the run around nor were they ever unavailable. My experience at Courtney Honda was by far the best experience I've had throughout my car search. I truly felt as though I made a friend in these salesmen. Not to mention my new best friend, my car, I call her Sunjai. Kind regards, Tesa More

If you are in the market for a new car, first thing you should decide on is buying a Honda....their insight (no pun intended) in designing a car is clearly second to none. I purchased a 2014 Pilot and I couldn't be happier. Every detail, down to the "blind spot" window defogger on the passenger side window only (think about it - why would you need it on the other window) is well thought out. With that being said, and since this is a dealer review, the second thing you should decide on is your Honda dealership. If you live in CT, then the correct choice is Courtney Honda in Milford. Every person I dealt with was professional, sincere and extremely proud of their product and their dealership. And now the third and final thing you should do when entering Courtney Honda is request Linda Thanassi. She is pleasant, always happy to see you, knows her product and has great follow up skills without being pushy about it. Linda was a pleasure to work with and 3 weeks after my purchase I am still in contact with her thanking her for the extras she delivered in making my buying experience great. Let me start off by saying THANKS Courtney Honda. The experience there was awesome, jay and miller are very out going, always happy and treat you like your number one. They made sure that the car i selected was comfortable for me and it was, and they explained all the cars features u from front to back.They even introduced me to their service advisor joe riccio so if i had any problems or in need of car maintenance he's the man. When all said and done i left with a 2010 honda accord and just when i thought i was walking out they called me and said here are four tickets to a sound tigers game. Recommended number one dealer for me it was a great experience. A+++++ More
I'm excited to write this review. I went to the dealership worried to death. All my other car buying experiences were horrible at Ford and Hyundai. High pressure, no information, or worse ... misleading information. Happy to report ... that is NOT the case AT COURTNEY HONDA!!! The salesman, Ron, was both professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and took the time to go the extra mile. I left there with a new Civic ... and I'm just thrilled. When I went to pick it up Ron took me to the car, explained all of the features, offered to help set up and sync my iphone and went bumper to bumper with everything I needed to know. He's first class all the way. The financial people are wonderful as well. No hidden fees, no bull. What you see is what you get. He had everything prepared when I met to sign the papers, explained everything thoroughly and I did not feel pressured at all. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Ron even called the next day to see how things were going ... and to find out if we had any questions. We are glad we stopped here first. Their professionalism sealed the deal along with a great product! Every staff member was friendly and genuinely happy to see you there. No bad vibes ... just happy people, looking to make you happy too. Don't go elsewhere ... go Courtney Honda! You won't be disappointed. More
