I notice that my Civic had a bit of oil in the top back of the engine, near that air intake manifold. Although I did not purchase my car from Honda of Milford, I took it in there because the car was still of the engine, near that air intake manifold. Although I did not purchase my car from Honda of Milford, I took it in there because the car was still under warranty and less than 3 years old and there should never be oil outside accumulating on the engine. Long story short, once they got the part, I took my car in and it was serviced. Something told me to check it once I got my car back and noticed that the screws for the engine cover were loose. Some of the hose that connects from the air intake to the engine was not located back into their correct clamps but most importantly, a metal clamp from one of the engine hose was apparently broken. I get that this happens but instead of replacing it with the same part, the mechanic simply used a plastic zip-tie. Not acceptable to me and what's worse, no one told me about this when I picked up my car, and only knew because I looked under the engine. Their communication was great but their service is most questionable. I wonder if they do this kind of work when it's under warranty and not paid out of pocket? I know how these car reviews work. Sales or service "encourage" people to post a positive review as part of a sale to bolster their review score but I also have to ensure that people are aware of some of the practice that goes on the places and gets informed because taking in their cars for service. More

Went in for a factory recall and they replaced both of my axles while I waited. The dealership had excellent Covid-19 protocols and I was in and out of there in an hour and a half. Went in for factory recall. Mike constantly updated me via text as to the status. Also learned during their inspection that my brakes were very worn (which I was happy to learn!), so they resurfaced the via text as to the status. I'm very pleased with every aspect of my experience! I would highly recommend Honda of Milford to everyone. More

Chris Marzulli was terrific to work with! He explained the overall status after thoroughly reviewing my Accord's condition and exactly why certain additional steps needed to be taken, as I was delayed the overall status after thoroughly reviewing my Accord's condition and exactly why certain additional steps needed to be taken, as I was delayed in getting service done due to the Covid 19 restrictions. Additionally, several items I thought were the right next steps, turned out that they were not really necessary: specifically it was not necessary to due an alignment, but a rotation of tires would be the solution.
