A friend asked for some support as she was purchasing a vehicle, didn’t want to go alone. The sales person was young and could use more training. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. .. DONT LEAVE DEPOSIT OR DOWN PAYMENT If I could give them zero stars I would. Long story short I ended up not purchasing a car from them. (they tried .. (they tried to sell me a car with an accident on the carfax after I told the salesman that what I didnt want) BUT I did leave a down payment with them on my credit card. I called and called to request a refund. Then they took too long to refund me and my credit card bill due date was approaching. Still no refund on my card. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company(Thank God for American Express) Then Honda calls me complaining about the dispute. They took too long. I was starting to think I was not getting money back. I explained to the man C.C. what the situation was. Then a Lady starts yelling from the background (I assume either Nelda or Atheda) accusing me of stealing! Threatening me too! All they had to do was call Amex and explain. They would have got their money back. Then C.C. threatens me again that if they don't have the money by a certain date... P.S. I called and canceled the dispute too. C.C. even threatened to retaliate if I leave poor reviews. All I ave to say is I don't play about my integrity. More
I recently visited this dealership with the intent of exploring the Honda HR-V AWD CVT Sport trim, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I patiently waited for 15 minutes before anyone assisted me. I had to repeat my preferences to five different associates before it was decided that Manny Costas would help me. While Manny seemed knowledgeable, he came across as rude when I mentioned getting a quote from Westport Honda, which was unnecessary after just a few minutes of discussion. Additionally, the Sales Manager, Nicholas Deosingh, repeatedly insisted that I test drive a vehicle to "gain confidence," which became excessive and condescending. I was more than willing to test drive, but I was later informed that none of the cars had gas. To make matters worse, the specific vehicle I was interested in wasn’t even available on the lot, making the push to test drive irrelevant. This experience was both frustrating and unprofessional, and I hope steps can be taken to improve customer service in the future. More
The entire team at Honda of Milford was fantastic to work with during the purchase of our new car. They were honest, straightforward, low pressure and worked with us to help me and my wife to feel good at ev with during the purchase of our new car. Went to the dealership to purchase a 2020 CRV since we have purchased 3 other vehicles from them over the years. We picked up the car during heavy rain so we couldn't really look it over completely. The have purchased 3 other vehicles from them over the years. We picked up the car during heavy rain so we couldn't really look it over completely. The next day we saw that the "detailing" that they did was terrible. The arm rests are filthy, there are drip marks on the doors and side of the center console among other things. With our other 2 CRV's, the cargo cover was included with the purchase - 1 was a brand new CRV and the other was used. This time the cover was not included - they gave us a hard time about including one - in the end, they didn't. My wife and I both asked to speak to the sales manager - we never got a return phone call, very unprofessional. You end up paying so much for a car and they gave us a hard time about a < $200 piece of equipment. After purchasing 4 cars from them - we are done - we felt that as loyal customers to this dealership, we, at the very least, deserved a return phone call from the sales manager - obviously they don't care about their customers. It's a shame, the sales person we dealt with for the other cars was great - friendly, professional & helpful. He retired - we missed him by 30 days. Also, before we even went to look at a car, we called and spoke to someone on the phone and made an appointment for the next day with that same person. When we arrived for our appointment, we were told that the guy wasn't there because it was his day off. How do you make an appointment with someone when you know you wont be there? We should have know right then that it was going to be a mess. More
