I have bought 2 used Honda Civics at Courtney Honda. Mark McGorry was our salesman both times. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Mark even offered to teach us how to drive a manual trans! Both cars were a perfect match to the buyers' needs. When my hybrid needed a new IMA battery, Bob Watt and Craig Jennings made sure that the service was covered under a newly-extended warranty. They took the initiative to look up the particulars of the warranty in their computer and saved me the cost of the repair and any undue paperwork that might have occurred without their assistance. Bob is always willing to answer questions and explain things relating to maintenance and service for our cars. When I needed to clear a maintenance minder light, Mark Lavin was willing to come out to show me how to do the procedure. Whether it's a simple question or a more complex matter, the people at Courtney have been very helpful with sales and service of our Hondas. More
Mr. Jennings was so kind. I was on an errand when my car wouldn't start. I called the dealership and he came right out and jumped it for me. Called on a Thursday, spoke to Chris in Service. Very polite and knowledgeable. Dropped car off on the weekend to me diagnosed on that following Monday. The experience was excellent. I got the appointment day needed as the vehicle is in daily use. This was this car's 1st service. Service was performed and completed that morning which relieves any stress by needed as the vehicle is in daily use. This was this car's 1st service. Upon picking up the vehicle the service rep advised us that there was a recall on the steering wheel air bag. We are now scheduling for that service to be performed. He initially finds out what kind of service is needed and explains each component so I understand the reasoning for the service - explains what has been done and why - explains the Honda Multi Point Inspection Checklist in its entirety. Has a fantastic personality combined with his technical knowledge. Courtney Honda in my books is the only dealership to purchase a vehicle. I always speak highly to other people about them. More
