Quick, excellent service & friendly staff A little over a week ago, I called Courtney Honda's service center regarding a flat tire replacement. A few hours after, I was able to come in and get my tire checked. Since it was determined I needed a new tire, they advised that I keep my wheel in the shop so the tire could be mounted as soon as the order arrived the following day. The staff is very friendly at Courtney Honda and is very helpful with any questions I had. This service experience was for my 2nd lease at Courtney Honda, and if my next car is a Honda, I'm definitely going back here again. More

Oil change/battery I had a new battery installed. When I left, I had to return as my radio wasn't working. I also had to return again because the oil gauge wasn't set ba I had a new battery installed. When I left, I had to return as my radio wasn't working. I left my name and phone number for the service manager to call me as to what he can do to keep me as a customer., I questioned the service writer if I can get some money credited but he said I would have to check with the manager. My friends bought and service their Accords there and never had a problem. More
