Bad experience! Total nightmare dealership changed my car registration and blamed DMV. Gave me the run around and would not fix. Spoke with owner who could care less. Became defensive argumentative and ma registration and blamed DMV. Gave me the run around and would not fix. Spoke with owner who could care less. Became defensive argumentative and made excuses. They never followed up with DMV . The nightmare got worse as they changed my drivers license without my authority. Again called owner passed blame to DMV yet they did the processing. Never said the words I am sorry . Go to customer service 101 those 3 small words go a long way. Not worth the hassle go to another dealership. This one does not care about customer Service: More

My salesperson Anthony My first experience buying a new car (Accord) with Honda of Milford (previously Courtney Honda) was wonderful and effortless. My salesperson Anthony (Tony) Machia was amazing! He is a hard worker who is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, honest, detail-oriented, and caring! Mr. Machia was willing/easy to work with my needs/wants. He gave great service and attention to me, which for me being a woman who had her daughter with her, was priceless and truly amazing! When we walked into the dealership, other salespersons did not approach us but Mr. Machia got up from his desk to ask if he could help! This is my first new car and first time at Honda of Milford. I absolutely love to drive my 2019 Honda Accord and it is so pretty to look at in the driveway. My wonderful experience at Honda of Milford with Mr. Machia will have me coming back again for another car when that comes as well as referring my friends, family and neighbors.
