Mmg service for 2016 honda civic I had dropped my honda off for a B17 service. That service includes an oil change & filter, tire rotation, & checking brake fluid. As the shuttle was picking me up, Jackie told me i needed an alignment. My honda has 17,000 miles on it, steers fine, & the wear on my tires doesnt indicate i am in need of an alignment. Makes me wonder if i should start looking for a new place of business to get it serviced? More

George was very helpful, he listened to my needs and helped me look at several choices. He was very knowledgeable on each vehicle and was able answered all my questions. Sara followed up two days later. I had some more questions and she promptly got the answer I needed. All that being said, there was an issue with adding a remote start. after some, albeit frustrating, conversations, MMG reached out to resolve the issue. I appreciate that they recognized the need to go the extra mile and fix the relationship. More

The reception was all smiles and was very polite in taking care of my needs.Service was done in less than a hour,which see My appointment was on time. The reception was all smiles and was very polite in taking care of my needs.Service was done in less than a hour,which seems fast while waiting in their large waiting area with plenty of coffee and cookies. It's nice to drive in,from the cold and wet elements of the weather.also to drive out as well, when finished. My HRV was washed and ready to go.Overall a Great! service. More
