After discovering the issue, Scott Robles made a prompt call to me with repair need and cost. He also let me know that my back brake pads were in need of replacement (rotors good) and what the repair cost would be, and how long it would take. Albeit that one is never happy to hear of repair costs, I was SO pleased to have HOT heat coming from all blower vents!! And knowing that I am now in a safe vehicle, once again. Thank you MMG! More
