He asked Eric if he was interested in purchasing a vehicle at this time and he said , yes . This is how much I can spend , this is my trade in ,all is info . And said to rob make is happen boss . Within a very short period of time rob called back saying we were approved for this amount , the value of our trade in and what our payments would be . Everything was done and written up the next day when. We came in to pick up the car all we had to do was sign on the line and we were in and out of dealership in 30 mins . He was very personable , efficient , and prefessional . He made our experience one of the best I've ever had at a dealership . My husband has been a used car salesman for the last 20 yrs so he knows all the ins and outs of the business and there was no xxxxxxxxxxxx around with Rob .
