Unfortunate Circumstances but Very Accommodating Expirience Although I wasn't planning on buying a car just yet, the one I owned was totaled therefore forced to go car shopping. I had test driven a few cars at other dealerships prior to walking in to Honda Of Kirkland to try out the 2017 Accord. I was immediately greeted by Joseph Murphy, he listened to my story then asked questions to help me select the right car for me. He reviewed all the options in each model, we sat in a few cars then went for the test drive. At that point I was convinced I had found the right car for me. Once the purchase order paperwork was completed I meet with finance manger, he was really helpful and took the time to review all the details until I understood all the finer points of financing a car. The most important part of this experience came after everything was signed. I wasn't to receive the insurance check for a few days but then it was delayed for a week. HOK kept in contact with me w/o pressuring me, they understood things were out of my control. Once I did receive the check it was for much more than expecting and they were able to rewrite the loan so I could apply the full amount to the down payment to reduce the monthly payments. I found all the staff I came in contact cheerful from the receptionist, cashier, finance dept. and especially Joseph as the sales manager. More

He made us feel welcomed and listened to what my mom was looking for. He was knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. Not once did she or I feel like we were being pressured into buying anything. MJ was not the sleazy car salesman you fear to encounter. Ed stayed patient and took the time with the help of his managers to find the car I wanted in the color I wanted with interior I wanted, this was tricky as I purchase a 2017 Accord Touring V6 and there were not a lot of them to be found in what I was looking for . I was not going to budge on what I wanted, instead of trying to sell me a car on the lot just to make the sale Ed made it happen! Due to the length of time it takes to " make the customer happy" we were offered lunch from Kirkland of Honda, such amazing service all the way around. I did not intend to buy a brand new car, Ed NOT trying to push me allowed me to see the benefits of owning a new car as I drive for a living. Again I cannot say enough about the expertise in dealing with Ed Molina at Honda of Kirkland and will tell everyone I encounter what a great and knowledgeable sales person Ed is, I would follow him as my sale person wherever he went.
