Great Experience Buying a car I went to the dealer to buy a 2017 CR-V. I dId a test drive with Ed and liked the car. Had a great experience I went to Honda of Kirkland looking for a new car since I have had Honda's in the past and loved them. I had just got in a car accident where my previ I went to Honda of Kirkland looking for a new car since I have had Honda's in the past and loved them. I had just got in a car accident where my previous car got declared totaled so I needed a new reliable vehicle quickly. I was very impressed with MJ Kim and his customer service and knowledge. He really tried to help me and answered my questions thoroughly. I was very concerned about purchasing another car from any dealership because at the last dealership I went to, I got sold a lemon that was way overpriced, and I had nothing but problems with the car. However, the experience I had at Honda of Kirkland made me feel as though they genuinely cared wanted to get me a quality and safe car. They provided the documentation I requested for such as a Carfax and service details. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Honda Civic and so far I am very pleased with the car. I would recommend going here to people I know and will be looking into them again when I need another car. Great job! More
