The next morning I called for a time estimate, and was told that several things were being done, none of which were the timing chain. And it would take until 5 or 6. Then I received a call at 2:30 that my car was ready, but when I asked for the total cost, Neil noticed that one of the coal items had not been done. Neil called a couple hours later that the car was ready for real this time. More

This is what you get for purchasing a beauty instead of an ugly workhorse. ;-) The reason I'm not more annoyed is that this Honda service department has my back. Brian, Joe and even the Tech Lead (Marc?) listens to my concerns and helps me find those gremlins in my CRV. I purchased the extended warranty and it has paid for itself (you should too). More
Professional and friendly interaction with MJ Kim. Came in on my own to test drive a used Odyssey. Wandered in lot looking for used vehicles. MJ Kim was the first person to approach me. We were able to complete purchase with minimum of fuss, with an older vehicle for trade in (2004 CRV). Despite Cal's urging on the extended warranty, I declined. The paperwork went smoothly. Then MJ shared helpful info regarding the workings of the updated (!) electronic gizmos in the van dash, and how to work the seats. More

I have been satisfied with the service on my car and my treatment as an owner. I appreciate the Service Advisers and Managers help when things have gone wrong and they have stood behind their work and made things right. Maintenance and operation costs are not inexpensive for any automobile in this age but when you get quality work done and the dealer service department stands behind their work and makes things right it give you a bit more piece of mind as a driver and as someone paying the bills. What impresses me most is when I bring my car in for an oil change, I do not get a whole slew of other recommended things I need to do for my car which I get if I take it to one of the multitude of auto repair shops. I end up paying for what I brought the car in for and the work is done fast. More
