Excellent Experience In our search for a 2015 used Honda Pilot over a few months' time, we learned Honda of Kirkland had just received a lease return with very low miles. In our search for a 2015 used Honda Pilot over a few months' time, we learned Honda of Kirkland had just received a lease return with very low miles. We were connected with Justin Lee, who told us he would let us know as soon as the vehicle was detailed and ready to show. Within a few days he called us back and set up an appointment for us to see it. And since we were coming from a fair distance, Justin emailed a short video of the car, showing and describing the vehicle inside and out. A couple of days later, we were able to visit and see the car for ourselves. From the test drive, through negotiating a fair deal, and signing the final documents, Justin was nothing short of a amazing! He's super respectful, kind, and professional. I came with fairly solid numbers on what I expected on price and trade in, and neither were unreasonable or unrealistic, so the whole process of price negotiation was about five minutes and never got the least bit antagonistic. I wanted to focus on the bottom line rather than monthly payments and didn't want to lease, and the conversation never even started in the direction of stereotypical car sales shell games. Different experience than I've had in previous car purchases, and one I'd recommend to anyone. Outstanding. More
