Exceeded expectations I had never owned a Honda let alone been in to a Ho da dealer before. I walked in to simply look at the new 2019 Honda Pilot Elite and happened to mee I had never owned a Honda let alone been in to a Ho da dealer before. I walked in to simply look at the new 2019 Honda Pilot Elite and happened to meet Jacqueline Larson (sales rep). She was super busy but managed to make time for all of us simultaneously. She showed me the vehicle, I drove it (fell in love with it) and we talked about terms and pricing. I didn’t anticipate walking out with a car that day however she was really good. She didn’t pressure me at all, but she really knew her stuff about the vehicle and Honda in general. I truly felt like I walked out with a really good deal on a top of the line Pilot Elite and that was credit to her. I’d recommend anyone in the Honda market to work with her and Honda of Kirkland. I certainly enjoyed my experience and I love this car! More

Wonderful first-car buying expierience Neither my wife or I have ever bought a brand-new car, and we didn't know what to expect jumping into the lease-to-own world of cars. Fortunately, the Neither my wife or I have ever bought a brand-new car, and we didn't know what to expect jumping into the lease-to-own world of cars. Fortunately, the amazing staff here were able to answer all our questions, find as many deals as possible, and found what works best for us - both in terms of car taste, and financial stability. We walked in on a Saturday, and Joe Smith, who's incredibly calm and easy-going (not your typical "car salesman" stereotype at all), helped us look at a few models of the Civic Hatchback and got us in one to try out. We ran over some numbers, financing versus leasing, Sports versus EX models, etc etc, and my wife and I left to think about it that night. Lo-and-behold, we came in the next day and worked with Jin Sato, who was also very efficient and friendly the whole process, to finalize our decision and work with us on the leasing process. Once our information was ready for Justin Sobchuk, he ran us through all the numbers of what our leasing offer was, and got all the paperwork together so we could sign away and get things rolling. He was also very calm, very friendly, very "real" in his speaking (he didn't try to confuse us with any car-dealership mumbo-jumbo), and made the end-part of the process a breeze. Once we were in the car that day and were driving away, we knew we had made the right choice. No buyer's remorse, here! :-) Everyone here at Honda of Kirkland talked like a real person - they didn't try to up-sell us, didn't try to get us to get add-on accessories or warranties (though they did offer them so we were aware), didn't pressure us into big decisions, and they overall made us feel welcomed. As someone who's works in Customer Experiences for retail, this is such a huge thing to me and I greatly appreciate it. We went to other dealerships around the Kirkland area, and we would either A) Get bombarded by salesmen/women and get asked a ton of questions we didn't know the answer to, or B) Get brushed off because we were "just looking". None of the other dealerships treated us like people, and that's a huge letdown on their part. Way to go, Honda of Kirkland 👍 More
