Sid Eng was our salesman last week when my husband and I purchased our brand new 2024 Civic Touring model. Absolutely no customer service. Service guys do not follow up with customers for hours turns out no one is working on the car at all! No apology, then followed by false promise of " Service guys do not follow up with customers for hours turns out no one is working on the car at all! No apology, then followed by false promise of "I will not charge you" which is then taken back at time of payment . "Hey manager did not approve and you have to pay" . These guys are terrible at customer service with zero loyalty to repeat customers. I will take my business elsewhere. More
