Carlos was the best salesperson I have ever worked with in any car shopping experience. Carlos was very down to earth, explained everything about the car just like you were talking about the weather. I started by looking at the Honda Fit, then the Civic hatchback, then the HRV , then moved on to the CRV Hybrid. Carlos didn't pressure me and was patient as I kept changing my mind about which car I wanted. I went to the dealership 3 times looking at all of these cars. Carlos took the time with each vehicle and test driving was a breeze. I didn't have to fill out 20 minutes worth of paperwork or kept getting asked how much I wanted to get for my trade before I test drove the vehicle. He just gave me the keys and let me test drive the car. We looked at the Honda CRV Hybrid, which is new to me and I had a lot of questions about the vehicle. He explained everything with ease and always had a simple answer. He was not condescending and didn't treat you like you were stupid. I felt very comfortable with him and it was such a different experience. I did not buy the Honda CRV, but I wished I could have taken Carlos to the other dealership, so he could get the sale. I contacted Jackie and explained to her I needed a four-wheel drive car to face the elements this winter! She got me this information in a matter of hours. I really am enjoying the Honda HRV we picked out. She makes buying a car or leasing a car extremely easy and pain free. I have purchased three cars from Jackie and I can't see myself working with anybody else but her. I have told friends and family about how wonderful her customer service is. Whenever speaking to Jackie I feel like I'm speaking to a friend and not a car salesman. I can tell that she works very hard and very she's talented at her job.
