Store people and sales stuff is heavily pushing for a purchase not thinking about what customers looking for. I wasted $10K+ here for a terrible treatment and service. Also I couldn’t help laughing when sales manager asked me to bring $10K+ cash if I want to get a car on the day. They say personal check takes time for their account to receive it, but I don’t think there is customer who want to bring $10K+ cash which is completely non sense. More

Horrible experience with Honda of Kirkland. Complete waste of time and a trip to this dealership. Neither Carlos nor Issac were any bit serious to sell the vehicle. Scheduled a test drive for a vehicle I was very interested in via their website, salesperson reached out right away to confirm, was super friendly and responsive. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't test drive without agreeing on numbers first. On a 3-year old USED car, where I found at least one deficiency from just looking at the photos. I'd have no problem if they told me upfront when I made the appointment, but waiting until I come in to tell me is extremely disrespectful and a waste of everyone's time. I've purchased about a dozen vehicles in the last 10 years and have not had this experience before. Luckily despite the crazy vehicle market there were still a few others selling this car in the area, and they were all much more straightforward to work with. More
