Everyone in the service department is very friendly and very courteous especially Gina and Joe. My only complaint is the last few times in my door jams and hood release are greasy. Im not happy! I brought my car in for an oil change a tire rotation and asked to have my battery checked before going on a 12 hour road trip alone! the service advisor knew this! About 8 hours into my trip i made a stop and then my car would not start! I was stranded! Alone in a small rural town! Thank Goodness I carry jumper cables and I was able To get a jump start and make it to my destination only to be stranded again! The nearest honda dealer was 67 miles away. I spent the entire day taking it in only to find out the battery was no good after your team said it Was fine! Look up my history with you! I wanted a honda because of the great reputation But I am so sorry that I ever stepped foot in your dealership and that the car I bought has had one thing after another for being so new. My last car was a Pontiac and lasted 9 years and had 260k miles! This honda has roughly 85k and sucks! The Honda dealer I went to could not believe you said it was ok! I wish I Would have been more selective when buying this car! More
