when I was leaving the dealership after the oil change , my check oil light came on. Turns out that the oil filter had a broken oil ring. This cause oil to leak out and all over the engine. I bought the car my check oil light came on. Turns out that the oil filter had a broken oil ring. This cause oil to leak out and all over the engine. I bought the car back and they had to replace oil filters down oil. The service tech try to clean all the remaining oil off the engine , but he must not got all the oil , because oil leak on my garage floor. I am not very happy with the service department More
Can’t recall the service representatives name but did an exceptional job getting my car back in service in a short time. Horrible customer service I entered Honda of Kenosha last night at 8:23. No one greeted me and I had to search out first, a person in an office who sent me back to the unmanned I entered Honda of Kenosha last night at 8:23. No one greeted me and I had to search out first, a person in an office who sent me back to the unmanned front desk and then, on my own I found two gentlemen sitting at desks in semidarkness. I asked if they could possibly help me.....my tire pressure light was on and I was traveling long distance. They told me that service closed at 7:00 and it was now 8:30. I asked if there was anyone who could help me as I was concerned because I had just had my car serviced that week at another Honda dealership. They said well we aren’t ———- Honda and no we can’t help you. So instead of reassuring me that it would probably be ok to still drive and to go have it checked out when I returned, or instead of providing good customer service or a simple act of kindness, 3 people who were sitting in what looked to me as a not busy time, did nothing to help and exclaimed that they were baffled by my request that they do anything at that hour. To top it off it was the sales manager who was most unhelpful and difficult. Based on this, I would NOT recommend this dealership! More

I started out by telling them its needs the clutch break in procedure. Two days later they performed that procedure after a conversation with Honda tech. Got the car back back last night. I was told that the issue was resolved. It was not. Car still shifts poorly. Treated with disrespect during the entire process. Will take the car to a another Honda dealer that is more competent. Botched Repair again. This is the 6th trip my 2018 Odyssey has made to the service department. The front drivers side was making a noise, I took it in Monday afternoon . Service tech called the next day and said the noise was replicated and they were working on the issue . After 2 days I called back to get the status. Was told today (after 5 days) there was no noise and nothing was wrong. Probably just needed some lubricant. I have been lied to multiple times by service techs. No straight answer ever. My car has been in the shop a total of 20 days since I’ve owned it. They are clearly no capable of diving the issue, communication honestly or having any kind of clue how to provide service. More
Recall repair botched and poor customer service I've had many problems with my 2018 odyssey. On its 3rd trip to the service department a recall for the sliding doors was performed. They put in fau I've had many problems with my 2018 odyssey. On its 3rd trip to the service department a recall for the sliding doors was performed. They put in faulty motors, damaged the weather stripping on the doors. I was sent home with a vehicle they knew was fixed improperly. Had to wait a week to get it in to repair the problem. When I showed up today they hadn't even ordered the correct parts to fix it. So I will have to make a 4th trip to this service department in a week. They have offered no apology for their actions nor done anything to help make it right. They did however offer to sell me another car at a much higher price than what is listed at any other dealer. When I questioned this, I got no response. I now have a car that has had the strut repacled at 3000 miles a sway bar replaced at 20000 miles. It has transmission problems, that the dealer says is the adaptive tramsission system, the apple car play rarely works, it brakes for no reason. A vehicle this new should not have these problems. PERIOD. The whole point of buying a brand new vehicle was to not have to deal with issues. I've spent countless hours waiting for it to be fixed, waiting on parts to be ordered, with no resolutions from this dealership. I loathe this car. It cost a fortune and every single day something isn't working properly on it. More
