I'm so disappointed with Honda right now. I just want you to know that you just lost a customer. My intentions were to look at cars while my current CRV was going to be looked at by a mechanic. I am currently looking to upgrade to a 2020 vehicle. I bought my CRV here at Honda of Kenosha and have enjoyed this car very much. The salesman that sold me my car was very nice. I guess I expected the same friendliness from all staff. The tech guy in the service are was certainly not friendly nor helpful and me feel unwelcome and like I was wasting his time. I would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone and I am not buying my next car here. I meant to give all ZERO starts but it wasn't in the choice area.
