Be prepared to feel like you were transported into a used car lot. I was told I needed new tires, even though I purchased new ones less than 10,000 miles prior. Joe V was awesome from the first (phone) contact! He was there to greet me and to verify my info and my car issues. He was prompt to call as soon as diagnostics were done to my car.
