very Happy with Jesus sales Lead very professional my rating was based on my sales lead Jesus. the fiance officer was very rude refused to shake my hand when i went in to sign the paper work, I told h my rating was based on my sales lead Jesus. the fiance officer was very rude refused to shake my hand when i went in to sign the paper work, I told him up front not to run another credit check I was already approved through my credit union but he ran one. Also there was a difference of over $500.00 dollars on the purchase agreement that what we were told and had signed a paper for the agreed amount. which is a lot of difference to me being on a fixed income i am retired and my husband retired.I dont know if he treats all customers that way or just the ones that dont do there finaceing through Honda I will highly recommend Jesus to any one but not the finance officer i had to deal with very rude even when I returned with the check the very next morning for the full amount . Great experience, service is outstanding My wife purchased a Pilot from HOK and from beginning to end, their sales staff was respectful, professional, and fantastic to deal with. We've have some minor issue with our used car post purchase, and Melissa, Manager of Customer Relations, was extremely helpful in arranging a loaner to accomodate us, and notifying fellow staff members at the dealership; hopefully resolving our issue. Melissa responded to our message almost instantly, even during her off business hours, and had everything arranged and followed up with us the next morning. That type of service is hard to come by.
