No pressure selling and he actually took our financing info over the phone so once we got there things went really fast. The car he picked out for us was exactly what my son described to him. The finance advisor, Katie Young, was so pleasant, helpful, organized and lovely. We were seriously in and out in an hour. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Good Buying Experience I was shopping for 2019 CR-V EX AWD. I received an internet price from Leslie Hacker, internet sales contact of the dealership. In addition, I requested for a out-of-door price as I had bad experience with other dealership where they sandbagged the price with additional charges to make up for lower internet price. Leslie provided me with an Out-of-door quote and she assured me they will meet that price and there will be no price negotiations with sales person. I was very skeptical about that. To my surprise, they meet their proposed price and no pressure sales tactics. Jim was very professional, so was the Finance Manager. I made the purchase and I am a happy customer. More
NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! My salesman, Nate, LIED THROUGH HIS TEETH when I went in to buy out my lease. I called, texted and emailed him MANY MANY times t THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! My salesman, Nate, LIED THROUGH HIS TEETH when I went in to buy out my lease. I called, texted and emailed him MANY MANY times to make good on his LIES and NEVER got a response. I also left messages for the GM, GSM AND OWNER and got ZERO RESPONSED BACK! It should have been a simple lease buy out and it turned into HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! Now I'm more mad than I was before and I think my next call will be to Honda Customer Service Direct. I gave them a chance to make this right to no avail. DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING if you don't want to be thrown under the bus so they can make the almighty dollar. More

He took the time to show and explain everything to us even though it was snowing pretty badly the day we purchase I was truly impressed with Roberto. He follows up and makes sure everything is fine and if it is not he does everything in his power to fix it. This was our first time here so we haven't fully used all of the dealerships services and this is why my rating for the overall dealership was only four stars. Purchase experience for 2015 Buick Lacrosse On New Year's Eve, I purchased a 2015 Buick Lacrosse. The purchase experience was speedy considering my personal circumstances. Roberto was very res On New Year's Eve, I purchased a 2015 Buick Lacrosse. The purchase experience was speedy considering my personal circumstances. Roberto was very responsive in our interaction, was very helpful, polite and pleasant to work with. My only complaints are, the dealership made me purchase a maintenance plan with my car, that is not included in the advertised price, stating that the maintenance package comes with the car and can not be removed. Secondly, I informed Roberto several times that I wanted GAP insurance, they did not add this coverage, which is for me, the customer, very important. And third, I didn't realize until today when I was setting up automatic payments with the finace company, that the dealership added an additional $1000+ dollars to the original purchase price of this vehicle before adding on the maintenance package, tax title, etc. Therefore, I'm kind of dissappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I get tired of dealerships doing unethical things to their patrons. If it had not been for those 3 issues, this would have been a wonderful experience. More
