He greeted me at the door and made me feel very welcomed the moment I walked in. Bill was also a pleasure to meet. He thoroughly explained the benefits of Honda warranty and Kenosha dealership service. The finance manager, Magda, was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions relating to the contract. Punished because the dealer made a bad deal on a trade in The had a used car I've been looking for. Car had a flat tire and a vibration/squealing noise from the wheel during the test drive. They brought it back and they fixed the tire claiming thats all the issue was. I liked it and decided to buy the car. With the vibration and squealing noise in mind, I asked Magda, the finance manger, if there were any issues with the car, if they would take care of it. She confirmed yes they would, they were not just going to sell you a car and walk away from it. Fast forward a week and the vibration and noise gets worse and starts grinding, I take it back and they do an inspection claiming that the tires are bad and causing the issue. The sales manager and I go for a road test and notice a vibration, which he then tells me is no big deal, its just a tire vibration. After me threatening to withhold my final bit of my down payment, they agree to cover the tires, which was nice of them, and told me the car was safe and good to go. I purchased the tires, made an appointment, left work early and waited 50 minutes only for them to tell me they cant change the tires for me, because their tool was broken. Fine, I go to another shop and have to pay double what I should have after hours because the shop was closing. I get the tires replaced and they start wearing badly on the outer edge, so I take the car to a different shop to get an alignment done, and they tell me the grinding noise is a bad left rear wheel bearing. I bring the car back to Honda, and the car manager, John Downs, tells me he wont be covering this because the money they gave me for my tires, took food out of his kids mouth and proceeds to break down how many and how old his kids are giving me a sob story.. He tells me he lost money on selling me the car because they gave too big of a trade in to the previous owner, so I need to take owner ship of my car and pay for the repairs myself, even though I brought it back 4 days after buying it because of this issue. I continue trying to plead my case that this was my original complaint when I brought it back 4 days after purchase, and John keeps telling me he cant remember what was done 3 months ago even though there's an invoice in their system and I need to take owner ship of my car. Bottom line, They're really nice people when you walk in looking to buy a car, but after it leaves the lot, your own with it. You cant even get people to return your calls after 2 days of voice mails, you have to ask the receptionist to go track those people down. And now i'm stuck with there auto butler and add on dealer stuff, which they stated they wont refund or cancel, that I cant even use because I cant trust them to work on my vehicle. More

I agreed to getting it done because I absolutely know nothing about cars it's been 3 days and I'm still having problems with the reason I went there in the first place I absolutely do not trust them and will not be going back get lied to again! I called to confirm it was still available (after trying other dealerships just to be told what i came in for was sold. Bait and swith tactics.) it was available. I said i would be there in 30 min and i arrived in 20. The vehicle was washed, fueled and ready to go. I typically dont purchase from dealerships but im glad i did. Every potential vehical i test drive i have my brother in law (who is a certified mechanic) inspect. After inspecting the preowned Jeep from H of K, he said "Im not gonna tell you to buy this. Im not gonna tell you NOT to buy this. But if I was looking for a Jeep, I'd buy this." That was what I wanted to hear because I really liked it. I had brought him other Jeeps that I really liked as well but he pointed out why they were lemons. I finally brought him one that passed! And it had to pass because Honda of Kenosha had put their name on it! They represent quality and service and it was demonstrated throughout the entire process. Our salesman, Anthony Lee was very accommodating and his no-preasure style of salesmanship is welcoming. He takes his customer service to the next level and earns your business thru commitment and hard work. When the day comes for another vehicle, im not gonna waste my time shopping around, im just gonna go to Honda of Kenosha. More

My husband and I had been shopping around and we had been set on what we wanted and what the payment we would be comfortable with .. And NO ONE at the other dealership we were at cared about what we wanted all that they cared about was that they got the sale and tried to push us into a lease at a very uncomfortable payment with the explanation that that was the lowest paymant they are offering on a vehicle, a base model at that, nothing we wanted in a car ... So I called Anthony and he said come in and it was like a kid on christmas morning not only did we get a fully loaded vehicle with bells and whistles he got us the payment we were comfortable with and never once made me feel like he was trying to get the most out of us for the commision of the sale... He listened to us and got us what we wanted ... THIS IS WHY WE KEEP GOING BACK THANK YOU ANTHONY LEE ... AND HONDA OF KENOSHA More

Bad and then got worse Went in for recall, oil change and battery check, 4 hours later, nothing is done till I complained. I arrived at 1:30, did not leave till 7pm. Battery supposedly was fine after two dianostics, I refused to pay for second one. I was told battery was fine, recalls were done, oil changed. Car was recharged. I am on the road, notice radio also wasnt fixed as asked three imes. Four days later, same battery issue, take it back after major complaining and had to deal with Joe. He has a friendly attitude but is a snake. Now I'm told after getting a loaner car that I need a new battery, why wasnt I told that last week? Im also wonsdering if recall work was done as airbag area didnt look like itt had been touched.Radio still wasnt fixed and idiot Joe has my valet key and locks himself out of my car, calls me three times wanting me to come down at 9pm to unlock car. No, I'll be there in the morning. I get there in the morning asking for recharge to get home as they're not capable of fixing the battery, car is cold , covered in snow, not recharged. I asked Mr. Joe to at least recharge so I wouldn't stall on the way home, he didnt give a damn whether I got home safe or not. Joe also thinks everything is funny, ha,ha jokes on me but thank god, I got home. Will never step foot in Kenosha Honda again. More
