Shady Sales Tactics Super shady sales tactics. I talked to the sales manager, John, to confirm the price of a car before packing my wife and two toddlers in the car for Super shady sales tactics. I talked to the sales manager, John, to confirm the price of a car before packing my wife and two toddlers in the car for a 30 minute drive. After test driving the car and going inside to agree on financing I noticed the monthly payments on the contract didn't align to the agreed price. When I asked why, they then pointed to a few "mandatory dealer add-ons" they listed in fine print under the price that was published online and on the contract (paint protection, anti-theft window etching, and all weather mats). This added about $2,000 to the agreed upon price. I generally would expect a car salesman to try and upsell additional features, but to be blantantly lied to is pretty low. I'll be sharing my experience with family, friends, and co-workers. I would recommend steering clear of Honda of Kenosha. More

Poor service department I had my Odyssey in for service yesterday. Based on the "multi-point inspection" it was recommended that a number of things be done that had been by I had my Odyssey in for service yesterday. Based on the "multi-point inspection" it was recommended that a number of things be done that had been by another service provider within the last six months or less. For example, the transmission fluid and the power steering fluid was flushed/replace 6 months/2000 miles ago. The the transmission fluid is still bright pink and looks like it came right out the bottle. I declined. They also said I needed new wiper blades. New Goodyear Assurance wiper blades were installed 3 months ago and the car has been in a garage out of the elements. Seemed strange, but I authorized the replacement over the phone and requested that the old blades be returned to me. They were not returned, and I had to go back to retrieve them, minus one of the connectors. The "old blades were in like-new condition and far better the the flimsy ones that replaced them. More

I found one i really liked and Anthony managed to get the car that i wanted to take home. He really knows how to take care of his customers. He deserves to be promoted lol. More
