Terrible after sale service I went out of my way to this dealership because I knew a salesman here who I trusted. He did not pressure me and helped me find a car I liked I spent 20 percent more than I budgeted because I wanted something reliable and comfortable. When the car was purchased it had a chip in the windshield which it was agreed satfelite would be sent to my job to repair the crack. After almost 2 weeks of hearing nothing I e-mailed to ask about the service and was told they are working on it. In the mean time the weather got very cold and the chip became a full blown crack across 3/4 of my windshield to start December. I sent pictures along with leaving numerous voicemails to staff letting them know my windshield would need to be replaced. A week later safelite shows up to my job to do a repair and when the employee sees the crack he tells me he does not have a windshield for me he was sent to repair a chip. I called the dealership again and after a few tries got an e-mail stating I agreed to drive the vehicle back to the dealer for repairs (which was a lie) I forwarded all e-mails between me and the staff back to this individual showing That not only did I never agree to that but multiple employees had even acknowledged that service was supposed to be sent to me. The reason behind me now having to drive to the dealership was because it would cost the dealer too much to send someone to replace a windshield it is more expensive than fixing a chip. I explained to the gentleman that because of my work schedule and picking up kids and coaching I did not have the time to do this on a week day it is a 50 minute drive for me and I was asked to drop my car off overnight which is 50 minutes there and back twice, and also had it been taken care of right away we would not be in this situation where I need a brand new windshield. That gentleman stoped responding to my e-mails and never responded to one voicemail that I left. Now my issue is that any time I call I can never get a hold of anyone. And when I do they make like they are doing something but nothing ever happens. 6 days ago I was finally contacted and was told that I could set up an appointment to get it done at this point I am tired of fighting I told the gentleman what days I could move things around to be free he said he would get things scheduled and call me back but guess what... you guessed it I have not heard back and the days I told him I could get it in have now passed. I tried to call again today and was directed to a voicemail which I did not bother to leave this time. Here I sit almost 2 months after buying my vehicle with a huge crack running across my windshield. It is frustrating that I have to keep calling and calling and calling to get what the dealership told me they would give me. I guess contracts only work one way....good luck with your car buying experience. More

Buyer Beware They will Dupe You!!! I am writing this on behalf of my family members purchase experience of 2 vehicles and my experience in dealing with this Dealership who duped my fami I am writing this on behalf of my family members purchase experience of 2 vehicles and my experience in dealing with this Dealership who duped my family. If nothing else comes from this maybe others will remember to accurately check their paperwork and watch out of Non Advertised Fees. My Family has bought and serviced several vehicles with this store and this is how they treat good customers. On 12/29/2017 My Family went to Honda Of Kenosha to look at a 2018 Odyssey that was advertised on their website for my Mother. An agreement was reached for the sale of the 2018 Odyssey. At this time my Son was looking at cars to upgrade a few years. He settled on a nice Vehicle with lower miles and Agreed to the price of $6000 which the Dealer said was the sale price and just tax , title and LIC Fees. Both are adults who signed the papers and unfortunately relied upon the trust they had in the dealership and really did not review all the numbers just the agreed upon final sale price. Upon review the next day it was shown that the Dealer had added Dealer fees to the amount of $798.00 for Auto Butler and Secure Etch both were listed on the sales contract. There is also a line for Services Fee of $343.00 that was not explained . The Dealer Managers said they are standard fees for all cars. I reviewed the Dealer Website and Car listings and nowhere on the Advertised pricing does it list any of the Fees. Upon reaching out to the Dealer about these fees had not been properly explained and disclosed in the advertised price as required by Law; I went back and forth with multiple emails asking for them to rectify the situation otherwise I would reach out to the BBB and WI Dept. of Consumer AFFAIRS. The Sales Manager responded with a final email with the words "OK" When I asked if the email that was sent to me with just the letters "OK" from the Sales Manager if they wanted me to escalate this, they responded with this final email from the GM Mr. Lacey. 12/30/2017 "Ok means that we are not going to be threatened by you on any level sir. We did absolutely nothing wrong in this transaction, we were courteous, transparent, and thorough with... ( names redacted) ... If you choose to go the BBB route we will prove all of what we have stated to be a fact. This is the last response via email we will send to you regarding this matter. Again this may come to no fruition other than to serve as a warning of this Shady Dealership that will prey on the trust of customers. BUYER BEWARE More

Dealership Tries To Sell You Unwanted Extras Anyone who goes to a car dealership looking for a friend should rethink why they're looking for a car. Car dealers are not your friends. But during my deal they tried to sell me$1,700 worth of unwanted accessories and tell me they were required. I told him no or I would buy my car elsewhere. Out of all 3 of my buying experiences, this one was by far the most rewarding. Jeff Beardsley (Sales) did such a wonderful job! He's new to that location and was a WONDER to work with. Brandon (Manager) helped me out more than you know, as well.
