I only went here because they had fixed it last year. When I got there they had no record of last year’s service because they put it on my husband’s vehicle record. Really? Rodney was an excellent service advisor - this was my first time at Honda Kenosha service - he patiently explained the recommended services and cost. When I called to schedule the service appt the person I spoke with told me there might be a long wait to speak with the service advisor and another long wait to get the service done - fortunately this was incorrect. This is my first time getting the auto butler done and I regret it. The car doesn't even look clean and I see scratches on my headlights and the plastic trim. I thought paying nearly $900 for a 60,000 service for our Honda CRV was way overpriced.
