In addition, I requested for a out-of-door price as I had bad experience with other dealership where they sandbagged the price with additional charges to make up for lower internet price. Leslie provided me with an Out-of-door quote and she assured me they will meet that price and there will be no price negotiations with sales person. I was very skeptical about that. To my surprise, they meet their proposed price and no pressure sales tactics. Jim was very professional, so was the Finance Manager. I made the purchase and I am a happy customer. More

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! My salesman, Nate, LIED THROUGH HIS TEETH when I went in to buy out my lease. I called, texted and emailed him MANY MANY times to make good on his LIES and NEVER got a response. I also left messages for the GM, GSM AND OWNER and got ZERO RESPONSED BACK! It should have been a simple lease buy out and it turned into HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! Now I'm more mad than I was before and I think my next call will be to Honda Customer Service Direct. I gave them a chance to make this right to no avail. DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING if you don't want to be thrown under the bus so they can make the almighty dollar. More
