I have absolutely loved my experiences at this dealership! I have now gotten 2 cars from them and I they got a custom for life in me! Horrible Experience Went on Dec 21, 2019 to purchase a used Honda CRV for our son. We researched the car, drove an hour to Kenosha, and tested out a car we like for our son for Xmas. Spent over an hour asking questions, pre-researched the car via the internet and spoke to Naomi in internet sales asking detailed questions, specifically about the final price. Then came the horrible ending. When we asked to see the final price sheet (to understand the tax and title fees), there it was the add-ons of extras worth $2400, so called "accessories" , we asked them to remove them, and they said they could remove $900 not be removed. The way they talked to us, was so unprofessional, and deeming, and accusing. Who is they specifically Tyler the General Manager. My husband and I are both educated professionals and are astonished to have been treated as such. With accusation that we told you the mats costed $250, and they did not say anything to the effect of it. I would NEVER recommend this place. The prices listed on their website are a sham, and they made you feel that you didn't do the research, and it is your fault the price is higher Such a ruthless place with so much disrespect. Tyler should be fired. More

If it hadn't been for his involvement, and the general manager, we were ready to leave and p He is the reason that we returned to this dealership. Anthony should have a value statement upon introduction and should have asked some questions to determine what vehicle is best, what we wanted in a car or other model options. My wife actually asked about an HRV, and he subsequently ignored her opinion. Overall great experience with finance agent, Amos, the dealership and the general manager. First finance person, was useless. He tried to make a deal with us, with incorrect information regarding taxes, he under reported, he charged us for items related to living in Wisconsin, we live in Illinois and he added extra items to the car without discussing with us. We felt very deceived. Very happy with the vehicle, waiting to see how the "owed items" are taken care of and perhaps a demo of the features of our new vehicle. More

The entire team worked to get the CR-V ready by installing a back-up camera and tinting the windows to prepare for the desert Texas sun. Honda of Kenosha provided excellent sales, service and follow-up to see if there was anything else I needed. This is the third vehicle we have purchased or leased from Honda of Kenosha. More

Horrible customer service I entered Honda of Kenosha last night at 8:23. No one greeted me and I had to search out first, a person in an office who sent me back to the unmanned I entered Honda of Kenosha last night at 8:23. No one greeted me and I had to search out first, a person in an office who sent me back to the unmanned front desk and then, on my own I found two gentlemen sitting at desks in semidarkness. I asked if they could possibly help me.....my tire pressure light was on and I was traveling long distance. They told me that service closed at 7:00 and it was now 8:30. I asked if there was anyone who could help me as I was concerned because I had just had my car serviced that week at another Honda dealership. They said well we aren’t ———- Honda and no we can’t help you. So instead of reassuring me that it would probably be ok to still drive and to go have it checked out when I returned, or instead of providing good customer service or a simple act of kindness, 3 people who were sitting in what looked to me as a not busy time, did nothing to help and exclaimed that they were baffled by my request that they do anything at that hour. To top it off it was the sales manager who was most unhelpful and difficult. Based on this, I would NOT recommend this dealership! More
