This was probably the worst car buying experience I have had to date. My girlfriend was looking at a 2020 civic. The salesman, David Cutts, was very unprofessional. He immediately disqualified us a potential buyers for that civic and wanted us to look at different cars. I already had a TrueCar price and knew she could get the payment and loan term that she wanted. David was very unwilling to even try to get a deal working. Then Nate came over and try to fix what David had done and was willing to work with us a little bit, but was still unprofessional. We test drove the car and David said he would show us some of features on the drive, he proceeded to not say a word during the drive and even decided to not give directions on the test drive of where to go. They ended up finally giving us a price that was somewhere in her payment range, but they added around 1k I’d add-ons. Needless to say we walked out very displeased. She ended up going to Racine Hyundai the next day and bought a 2020 Elantra. Take your money elsewhere. There are many other Honda dealerships in the area. Honda of Kenosha does not value you as a customerin any way. More

Service was excellent. They finished my auto butler early and were able to do my oil change as well! It was way cheaper than Jiffy Libe and I was shocked because I have always heard dealers over charge. I ha and were able to do my oil change as well! I have always avoided the dealer for oil changes but now, I will certainly be getting them done at my Kenosha Honda. My only issue was that nobody was wearing a mask. I live in Illinois and everyone is still taking precautions for COVID so I was shocked that nobody in the dealership was wearing a face mask. I definitely wiped down my car with Clorox when I got home. More
