At the time of booking this appointment, I told the service writer that I specifically wanted an oil change with “Mobil 1 synthetic”. I received an email confirmation stated that exact wording. My wi service writer that I specifically wanted an oil change with “Mobil 1 synthetic”. I received an email confirmation stated that exact wording. My wife dropped the car off the morning of service, but mistakenly thought the intake person would have looked at the service order. When we picked up the car the requested oil change had not been done. Instead some other synthetic brand was utilized. Frustrating that this simple request wasn’t honored. Btw, we knew there would be an upcharge for this brand of oil. More

The service was great and helpful. HOWEVER I was double charged for my down payment with Honda and Sunbit. They will not contact me back in regards to this. I have contacted them multiple times and I’m una charged for my down payment with Honda and Sunbit. They will not contact me back in regards to this. I have contacted them multiple times and I’m unable to call during the week because of my job and hours. I’m very very disappointed in that aspect. But I would otherwise recommend them for service. During the times happening now I cannot afford to be paying double the down payment, just over $700 total. I would’ve just paid the entire service charge and not done the payment plan. More
